Definition of Terms
- Visitors are individuals accessing the website via the Internet
- A Unique Visitor is an individual visitor who accesses our website during the month. A unique visitor is counted once even if they access the website more than once during the month
- A Visitor Session is one visit to our website by an individual visitor. A second visit is recorded if an individual visitor returns to our website after 30 minutes: there needs to be a 30 minute period of inactivity between visits
- Page Views are the number of times a page on the website has been viewed by all visitors
